Refund Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
The short version. Ask within 14 days of a payment and we refund it in full, for any reason. Before that, the free plan needs no card and does not expire, so you can find out whether Crochet 3D is for you without paying anything at all.
1. The 14-day refund
You have 14 days from any payment to ask for it back — the first payment that starts a subscription, or any renewal after it. We refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why, and nothing you did with Crochet 3D in those 14 days changes the answer.
2. Before you pay: the free plan
Every account starts on the free plan. It needs no card, it does not run out, and it stays yours for as long as you want it. It is there so that nobody has to buy blind. If the product is not what you hoped, simply stay on it and nothing is ever charged.
3. How to ask
Email hello@crochet3d.com from the address on the account and tell us which payment you mean — the date and amount are enough, or the order reference from your receipt. If your receipt came from the provider that took the payment, you can also ask them directly using the contact details on it.
4. How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card or account that paid, in the currency charged, through the provider that took the payment. Your bank may take a few days to show it, and if the exchange rate moved in between, the amount in your own currency can differ slightly — that difference is the bank’s, not ours to make up.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your plan page, in as few steps as it took to subscribe. No email, no phone call, no “retention offer” you have to argue past. Cancelling means:
- you are not charged again;
- your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for;
- after that your account stays, on the free features, with your patterns intact.
Cancelling and refunding are two different things: cancelling stops the next payment. If you also want the last one back, ask for a refund — within 14 days of it, as above.
6. Your rights under consumer law
Nothing on this page limits the rights the mandatory consumer law where you live gives you. If those give you more than this page does, they win — say so when you write and we will apply them.
