Common questions
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Creating an account is free and needs no card, and a free account keeps up to 3 saved patterns with no time limit. The editor, the pattern validation and the 3D preview are all in it. The paid plans raise the saved-pattern cap and unlock full colour mode, the complete stitch library, multi-piece projects, text and PDF export, and the right to sell.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. A free account asks for no card details and does not expire.
- Which plan lets me sell my patterns?
- The Studio plan, which carries a commercial licence for every pattern you design here. The lower plans are for designing and making.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period, and access to what you paid for stays until then.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment, for any reason, and it comes back in full. The refund policy is unconditional.
- What currency am I billed in, and is tax added?
- USD or EUR — we suggest one from your location, and you can switch at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay: all applicable taxes are included, and nothing is added at checkout.
- How much does paying yearly save?
- At least 16% against the monthly price, depending on the plan.
