# Terms of service — Crochet 3D

**The points people ask about.**

- **Who you contract with.** Individual Entrepreneur George Papashvili (Angisa II Lane, N 8, Building B, Flat 1002a, Batumi, Georgia), trading as Crochet 3D.
- **Your patterns are yours.** Patterns you write in the planner remain your intellectual property. You can sell what you design; a Studio plan exists for exactly that.
- **Accounts.** One person, one account, an email address and a password. You can delete the account and everything in it yourself, from the account settings.
- **Paid plans.** Monthly or yearly, cancellable at any time, refundable in full within 14 days of any payment (see the [refund policy](https://crochet3d.com/refunds)).
- **Gallery patterns.** Patterns published in the gallery may be other designers' work, named on each pattern page. Reading and crocheting them is what they are there for; republishing them as your own is not.
