# Refund policy — Crochet 3D

> Crochet 3D refunds any payment in full if you ask within 14 days, for any reason, with no conditions.

**The policy in one paragraph.** Ask within 14 days of a payment and it is refunded in full. There are no conditions: it does not matter how much of the plan you used, why you changed your mind, or whether it is a first payment or a renewal. Write to hello@crochet3d.com from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the card that paid, and reach it in the time your bank takes.

**Cancelling.** Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge and leaves the plan running to the end of the period already paid for. A cancelled account falls back to the free plan, and the patterns saved on it stay readable.
