# Privacy policy — Crochet 3D

**What is collected.** An email address and a password hash for the account; the patterns you save and their preview images; your billing country and the currency of your plan when you subscribe (the name and tax id go to the merchant of record's checkout, not to us); and technical request data (IP address, user agent) that hosting and bot protection need to work. There is no advertising tracking on the site, and analytics only run where you have allowed them — see the [cookie notice](https://crochet3d.com/privacy/cookies).

**Who processes it.** Individual Entrepreneur George Papashvili is the controller. The processors are Supabase (accounts, database, pattern storage), Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection, transactional email), Zoho (invoicing), the payment provider that processes card payments.

**Your choices.** You can export or delete your account and its patterns yourself from the account settings; deletion removes the stored files as well as the database rows. Cookie and tracking preferences can be changed at any time from the preference centre linked in the footer, and Global Privacy Control is honoured.
